Kuwait's National Guard says 2020 security plan well on course
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, March 11 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti National Guard continues to pursue its strategy for the year 2020, in which security is the key focal point, its deputy chief Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah said on Sunday.
In a speech before a class of freshly graduated Kuwaiti cadets who had just taken their oaths, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad sought to instill patriotism in the officers, telling them to be "obedient to the nation's leaders." He went on to congratulate the new National Guard recruits on their graduation, as they assume their responsibilities of protecting the country and ensuring security for its people. (end) ays.nam
