Arab Coalition Forces destroy missiles depots in Yemen
HAYeS, 11th March, 2018 (WAM) -- The Saudi-led Arab Coalition forces bombarded munition caches and missile depots used by the Iran-backed Houthi militias on Yemen's Red Sea Coast as part of a series of air strikes against the coup perpetrators' bastions and pockets in the area.
Supported by the UAE Armed Forces operating within the Arab Coalition, the pro-legitimacy forces' jets blasted the Houthis' strongholds in Hayes, Mowaza'a, Al Amri, Al Tahita, and Khalid bin Walid Camp, dealing a heavy blow against the militias, who fled the areas en masse, and leaving scores dead, including ringleaders, while destroying a large number of military vehicles.
The UAE Armed Forces continue to provide military and logistical support for land, air and sea operations in support of brotherly Yemen to rid them of the terrorist Iranian plan being implemented through the Houthi militias.
These efforts are in line with the basic humanitarian operations necessary to support the people of Yemen to overcome the current difficult circumstances. The humanitarian efforts focus on providing immediate relief, in addition to reconstruction projects in the liberated areas.
The liberation of Hayes and the Coalition Forces' advances northwards are a significant step on the path toward achieving the full liberation of the country.
