(MENAFN) A series of workshops aimed at analyzing how to promote the sustainable development goals through innovation and economic diversification will be launched tomorrow by the Bahrain Centre for Strategic and International and Energy Studies (Derasat.)
The event is organized jointly with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for West Asia (ESCWA).
The workshop will gather several participants, including government authorities, entrepreneurs, academic institutions, civil society organizations and representatives of the media.
The first workshop will be held under the title "Technology and Innovation: Means of Economic Diversification".
The second workshop, which will be held on the March 13-14 under the title "Economic Diversification and Competitiveness: From Policies to Implementation" at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
