An accident on D64 Damascus Street led to major traffic congestion for commuters heading towards Al Qusais.
Slow moving traffic was reportedon Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai Silicon Oasis and Al Khail Road to Business Bay.
Roads headed from Al Nahda and towards Dubai witnessed heavy traffic. Further tailbacks were reported on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road from the National Paints roundabout from Sharjah towards Dubai.
