The award was presented by International Finance Magazine (IFM) at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Dubai, in recognition of the brand's efforts in engaging with customers and providing a secure and seamless channel of financial solutions.
Oman UAE Exchange, since its inception in 1995, has grown exponentially over the years and is one of the market leaders in the region today. The brand constantly explores opportunities to enhance its customer experience and financial services. Opening of its 58th branch in the sultanate recently was another testimony of the brand's strategic vision of expanding its wings to serve more customers.

It is also the first exchange house to offer the expatriates of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines and Sri Lanka with the IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) facility, which enables the customers to transfer money real-time to their bank accounts any day of the year.
Oman UAE Exchange also earned three re-certifications - ISO 9001:2008 for demonstrating quality management system, ISO 14001:2004 for environment management system and OHSAS 18001:2007 for occupational health and safety.
