Pakistan- Killer of Asma Rani handed over to KP Police
A team of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) brought Mujahid Afridi from Dubai to Islamabad International Airport where he was handed over to a team of KP Police led by SP Kohat Jamil Akhtar.
Interpol had arrested the culprit from Sharjah on Wednesday.
Mujahid Afridi shot dead Asma Rani in Kohat on January 28 on refusing his marriage proposal and escaped abroad. He is nephew of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) district president Aftab Alam.
Red warrants were issued for Mujahid Afridi after the Supreme Court of Pakistan took notice of Asma's murder. Police has also arrested two accomplices of the alleged killer.
