Israeli forces kill Palestinian handicapped in West Bank


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RAMALLAH, March 9 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupying forces killed a Palestinian handicapped man and wounded several others on Friday during clashes in the West Bank, Palestinian Health Ministry announced.

Mohammad Al-Jaabari, 24, was shot in the chest by Israeli forces in the city of Al-Khalil, Hebron, the ministry said in a statement, adding that Al-Jaabari died of his wounds at hospital.

According to Al-Jaabari's family, the young Palestinian was married with one child, and he was shot while passing by the area where the clashes erupted.

Meanwhile, two other Palestinians were wounded in the thigh, stomach, and eye by Israeli live ammunition, the ministry noted, adding that one was taken to Salfit hospital in the West Bank, and the other to Rafidia hospital in Nablus. (end) nq.ma
