Jordan- Prince Faisal meets US delegation

Amman, Mar. 8 (Petra)-Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, Adviser to His Majesty the King, Chairman of National Policy Council, received on Thursday envoy of the US Secretary of State, retired Gen. Anthony Zinni, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Gulf Affairs, Tim Lenderking, and the accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, held at the Husseiniya Palace and attended by His Majesty's Adviser and Director of the King's Office, the two sides reviewed the strategic relations between Jordan and the United States, in addition to developments on regional and international arenas.

Prince Faisal reviewed Jordan's stances, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, in support of efforts to reach political solutions to the Mideast crises and endeavors to achieve security and stability in the region.
