Jordan to host EEU business forum next spring


(MENAFN) Cooperation opportunities between the Eurasian Economic Union and Jordan have been discussed by Tatyana Valovaya, minister for integration and macroeconomy of the Eurasian Economic commission and ambassador of Jordan to Russia Amjad Odeh Adaileh in the EEC headquarter in Moscow.

"A. Adaileh marked growing interest of the business circles of Jordan to the Eurasian integration project and declared about prospects of ties," the message reports.

"The ambassador encouraged organization of the first business-forum EEU-Jordan in the Kingdom. In his words, the arrangements might be held in spring of next year and serve for extension of ties of the business community, and geography of mutual supplies of goods produced in the EEU member states and Jordan," the message reports.

Jordan has been invited to take part in the key congress arrangements on the EEU territory- Astana economic forum in May and in the international exhibition forum Eurasian Week in Yerevan in October 2018.
