Oman- UPD to unveil ITC freehold project at Muscat Hills

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Union Property Development (UPD) has announced that it will soon launch a new ITC freehold project, '220 Downtown' at Muscat Hills.

A lifestyle project focused on affordable urban living, UPD will be show casing 220 Downtown at the Oman Real Estate Expo (OREX) 2018 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hall 2 from March 12-14.

Located at the vibrant upscale Muscat Hills commercial park, which is part of the new downtown of Muscat, 220 Downtown will feature 307 residential units of one and two Bedroom apartments along with 78 retail outlets, all modern amenities and contemporary finishing scheduled for handover in 2020.
