Pakistan- PA Waziristan withdraw decision to open Ghulam Khan Gate

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) MIRAN SHAH: Political Administration North Waziristan Agency on Tuesday withdrew its decision of opening Ghulam Khan Gate on Pak Afghan border for trade.

The administration announced that the gate would remain close till indefinite period without showing any specific reason behind withdrawing the decision.

Earlier, the administration was supposed to open the gate on Wednesday that was closed in June, 2014 after military operation Zarb-e-Azb was launched in the agency.

The administration during a jirga with traders and local elders held here few days ago promised to open the gate on March 6 but it was withdrawn once again.
