Ace Airline Executive Ibrahim Ali passes away


(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka : Ibrabim M. Ali, General Manager, Sky Bridge International, GSA China Eastern Airways has expired last night while he was asleep (Inna lillahe wa inna lillahe rajeun). He was sixty nine.

An ace Airline Executive late Ibrahim Ali started his career with Chittagong based travel agency – Travel International in 1976 and later served East German Airline – Interflug for some time. He joined British Airways in 1978, and served there until 1996, when he retired as Reservation Manager.

Following retirement from British Airways, he briefly served Qatar Airways, Malaysian Airlines, Iran Air, Uzbekistan Airways and then Joined GSA China Airlines as its General Manager.

Late Ibrahim Ali, survived by his wife two sons and a host of relatives, friends and colleagues from Airline and Travel Trade.

Editor and Members of the Editorial Board of The Bangladesh Monitor deeply condoled the sudden and untimely death of Ibrahim Ali and pray to the Almighty Allah for salvation of the departed soul.
