U.S. embassy in Turkey shuts for security threat
(MENAFN) The U.S. embassy in Turkey's capital Ankara declared that it will temporarily shut for after a security threat occurred as high priority utilities will be available.
The embassy warned U.S. citizens in Turkey not to involve in huge groups, stay away from the embassy facility and be careful when going see sights and crowded areas.
The security threat behind the embassy's shut down wasn't clarified yet.
The embassy added that statements will be declared when it's time to reopen, as Visa interviews and ordinary services will be dismissed.
