(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) BANNU: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) on Saturday organised a public gathering for resolution of problems of people of Janikhel Wazir area in Bannu.
The gathering organised in Malikhel area was attended by the Jamiat leaders, local elders and youth in large number. Tribal elders Muntazir Wazir, Malik Shafiq Bakakhel, Khaliqdad Noorar, Haroon Khan and district council members Malik Javed, Samandar Khan and president at the gathering Malik Shireen said on the occasion that Janikhel Wazir people lack proper facilities of education, healthcare and communication, while they are also troubled by curfews. They said the area elders and representatives ran from pillar to post to resolve the problems of people, but the previous and governments did not pay any attention to this area.
The elders said the Janikhel Wazir people have come out of tribal prejudices now due to growing political maturity and now they will make their future political decisions on merit.
Malik Shireen, who is also the JUI-F candidate for the provincial assembly, said talks are continuing with concerned authorities for relaxing the curfew schedule and tracing the missing persons. He said people will hear good news in this regard soon.
