Israeli fire kills Palestinian farmer on Gaza border
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) GAZA, March 3 (KUNA) -- A Palestinian farmer has died from his injuries caused by the Israeli fire on Saturday on the border of the Gaza Strip, said Palestinian health Ministry.
Mohammad Abu Ghamie, 59, was shot by the Israeli forces and then passed away late Saturday in eastern Khan Yunis, south of the Strip, Ashraf Al-Qudra, spokesman for the ministry, added in a press statement.
The Israeli Occupation army targets on a daily basis the Palestinian farmers in a bid to prevent them from reaching their land near the border fence. (end) wab.hm
