NMC predicts cloudy, rainy Saturday in UAE

ABU DHABI, 2nd March, 2018 (WAM) -- The National Metrology Centre, NMC, has predicted partly cloudy weather in the UAE on Saturday, with chances of rainfall during the morning over northern and eastern areas.

In its forecast today, the NMC predicted that fog may form during the morning over internal areas, as well as a drop in temperatures and north-easterly and moderate to fresh winds, especially over the sea, causing dust to blow over the exposed areas during the day.

Wind speeds will average 15 to 33 kilometres per hour, Km/hr, and reach 45 Km/hr, leading to rough seas in the Arabian Gulf and moderate to rough seas at times in the Sea of Oman.
