Abu Dhabi health authority investigates baby cream


(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Department of health is currently investigating a baby cream being sold in pharmacies across Abu Dhabi.

The Bioderma ABCDerm ChangeIntensifproducts of the make (27961) withexpirationdate of October 2019 and A (22961) with the expiration date of August 2019, are not registered with the Ministry of Health and Community Prevention.

The products were still distributed across different health facilities across the emirate.

The health body called on pharmacies to send the product back to the supplier. The authority also requested the supplier to halt all commercial activity relating to this product in Abu Dhabi until the investigation is complete.

The product is used to treat diaper rashes and skin infections, reduce irritation and help the skin regenerate.
