Kuwait- Health Minister Dr. Basel examined health office in Cairo
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Feb 28 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Minister Health Dr. Basel Hmoud Al-Sabah on Wednesday inspected the Kuwait Health Office in Cairo.
He was briefed during the visit about problems facing the staff.
Dr. Mansour Sarkho, the office chair, told KUNA that the minister and the staff examined criteria for contracting with hospitals and medical centers for providing best possible treatment for the Kuwaitis in Egypt, namely the estimated 20,000 students.
The minister, accompanied by officials, arrived in Cairo on Tuesday to head Kuwait's delegation at the 49th session of the Arab health ministers due Thursday. (end) ms.rk
