Jordan- King opens new Joint Training Center


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Feb. 26 (Petra)-- His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, Monday inaugurated the new premises of the Joint Training Center.

Upon arrival at the site, the King was welcomed by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat and senior army officers.

The supreme commander was briefed on ways and mechanisms of modernization and development of the facility, which comprises various buildings, halls, and technical equipment.

King Abdullah lauded the outstanding level reached by the center through the programs it offers to trainees aimed at upgrading the level of training and rehabilitation implemented by the armed forces.
