Jordan- Cold weather today, scattered showers forecast

(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Feb. 23 (Petra)-- Relatively cold weather conditions are expected nationwide, on Friday, as a chance for scattered showers prevail, with south-westerly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Tomorrow, relatively cold weather is expected in the hilly areas and the Badia regions, with the appearance of low-altitude clouds.

Sunday, a slight rise in temperatures is forecast, with a chance of rain in the central parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added.

Temperatures in the capital Amman will reach a high of 16 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping to 6 degrees at night.
