(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 21 (KUNA) -- The Seventh Session of the Arab Media Meeting for Youth, themed "media for serving development," will be held in Cairo on March 10-11 under chairmanship of the Arab League Secretary General Ahmad Abul-Gheit, the executive committee of the Arab Media Forum said on Wednesday.
The forum Secretary General Madi Khamees said in a statement that that the convention would be held at the American University building and would be attended by Arab information ministers, prominent Arab journalists and media figures and students.
It will be held in coordination with the American University in Cairo, the Arab Institute for Planning, the Kuwaiti ministries of information and youth and other departments and bodies.
The meeting aims at educating young Arabs namely the media students about the profession ethics and freedoms. (end) mrf.rk
