Lutsenko crowned 2018 Tour of Oman champion
(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Alexey Lutsenko of Astana secured overall victory at the Tour of Oman, which concluded with a sixth-stage finish at Muttrah Cornicheon Sunday.
Astana teammate Miguel Angel Lopez finished runner-up while Bahrain-Merida's Gorka Izagirre rounded up the overall podium. The final stage, which began at Al Mouj Muscat, was won by Alexander Kristoff of UAE Team Emirates. H H Sayyid Harib bin Thuwaini al Said, Assistant Secretary General for Conferences in the Council of Ministers, was the chief guest and gave away the awards.
