Pakistan- Curfew create food shortage in Chaparmashti area of Orakzai


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) KALAYA: The curfew, clamped down three days ago due to security concerns, continued to prevails creating shortage of food supplies and hardships for residents of in Chapar Mashti area of Orakzai Agency.

Locals complained that they were facing hardships due to the imposition of curfew imposed on Friday after a bomb blast that claimed life of two tribal elders.

The security forces claimed that there were still security concerns in the area due to which people's movement has been restricted.

Talking to Tribal News Network, tribal elder Malik Amir Badshah said that people were facing food shortage as all roads leading to the area were blocked.

He said that urged the government and security forces to left restriction on their movement and ensure food supplies to the area.
