Qatar- QIC Group celebrates Al Annabi team's win

Doha: Qatar Insurance Company (QIC), the leading insurance group in the MENA region, yesterday celebrated the triumphant victory of Al Annabi team with Qatar Handball Federation.

To celebrate the much coveted title of winning for the third successive Asian Handball Championship, QIC hosted a celebratory event at the Sheraton Hotel.

The high profile event was attended by Salem Al Mannai, Deputy Group President & CEO QIC MENA region; Abdulla Al Mulla, Group Chief Administrative Officer of QIC Group and other QIC officials, who welcomed the President of the Qatar Handball Federation, Ahmed Mohamed Al Shaabi, the coaches and the players of team Al Annabi.

Last month the Qatar men's handball team celebrated its victory after defeating Bahrain 33-31 in the final at the Suwon Gymnasium in Suwon, South Korea. During the celebratory event, the players were also presented with a Huawei phone for showcasing outstanding performance.
