Kuwait, Jumada I 28, 1439 H., February 14, 2018, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed' Al-Othaimeen has expressed thanks to the State of Kuwait, leadership, government and people for holding Iraq's reconstruction conference, congratulated the Iraqi government over the victory that has been achieved against the terrorist organization so-called Daesh, wishing success to the conference due to its importance to the stability of Iraq.
Addressing the conferees, he stressed the importance of national reconciliation, which contribute to restoration of the trust among all spectra, groups and Iraqi factions that would have a significant positive impact on the reconstruction of Iraq, stressing that the reconstruction of Iraq will not be fully achieved except through national reconciliation.
