DOHA: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment has opened a separate office to introduce Qatar National Master Plan at the headquarters of the planning sector of the Ministry.
The office has been opened after the launch of Master Plan of the country to communicate properly with the community and targeted groups for the Master Plan, said a statement.
The office, available at ground floor aims at responding all technical queries to the clients of the Ministry, holding discussion and creating community awareness about the Master Plan, its goals, phases and products.
Experts and representatives from Urban Planning Department will be available on daily basis to facilitate and response the questions of public, developers specially the queries related to the development of plots of land and planning conditions related to its location, areas and type of uses.
The office is equipped with latest communication technology of geographic information system (GIS), database and those needed for the function of the office in replying the questions and giving explanations to the people.
