Dubai Municipality: further construction land approved


(MENAFN) In order to launch construction plans, a land that covers 10 million square metres has been approved by Dubai Municipality, reached a boost of 71%.

The approvals have been in line with the standards to achieve sustainable urban growth in the UAE, as explained by assistant director general of Dubai Municipality's Engineering and Planning sector, Dawoud Al Hajiri.

He stated "this is in line with the requirements of service providers to ensure the provision of infrastructure services within the international quality standards to make society happy and to achieve a happy and sustainable city."

He further clarified the target of the projects to offer improved services and boost the numbers of public and recreational facilities, among other things.
