Jordan- Turkish ambassador, ASEZA chief discuss economic relations


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Feb. 11 (Petra)--Chief Commissioner of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Nasser Shraideh discussed with Turkish Ambassador to Jordan Murat Karagoz on Sunday, economic, trade, tourism, logistical and transport ties.

During a visit to ASEZA accompanied by a number of embassy staff, the Turkish ambassador pointed to Aqaba's major potentials, noting that re-launching director flights between Istanbul and Aqaba by the Turkish Airlines, is a commitment to economic development and prosperity in the Kingdom.

The ASEZA chief and other officials in Aqaba thanked the Turkish government for re-launching director flights between Istanbul and Aqaba, and voiced hope to see more Turkish investments in Aqaba in the tourism, transport, logistical services, health and industrial fields.
