Facebook launches trial for 'downvote' button
(MENAFN) Facebook has revealed it is carrying out a trial for its latest feature, a "downvote" button that allows users to conceal their comments and presents feedback about them.
Even though the new feature is highly similar to the much requested "dislike" button, the company has confirmed otherwise.
The social network has confirmed that a small number of users in America are currently testing the new button.
In a statement, Facebook declared "we are exploring a feature for people to give us feedback about comments on public page posts. This is running for a small set of people in the US only."
