Over 40 settlements liberated in Syria's Afrin

The number of liberated settlements in Syria's Afrin as part of the Operation Olive Branch has reached 42, the Turkish media reported Feb. 9.

Today, two villages on the border with Turkey's Hatay province have been liberated from PYD/YPG.

On Jan. 20, the Turkish Armed Forces, together with the Free Syrian Army, launched the Operation Olive Branch in Afrin, Syria.
