(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) KANDARHAR CITY (Pajhwok): An unidentified gunman shot dead three police personnel in the capital of southern Kandahar province on Wednesday, an official said.
A well-placed source, who did not wanted to be named, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in the Faqeer Baba Street in Kandahar City early in the morning.
The gunman escaped after the assault, the official added. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
