Lebanon: internet strategy present by Ogero for faster connection
(MENAFN) Lebanon's telecommunications company Ogero has once again initiated its national internet plan, as a branding overhaul was declared to take place.
Lebanon has received demands from Prime Minister Saad Hariri to launch an internet connection with faster speed to take part in "the era of technology."
The minister urged "we are at a time where everything is tied to technology ... because it creates job opportunities for people of all ages, and [fast internet] is something we need to achieve."
The company's president Imad Kreidieh has introduced an update plan which was somewhat upgraded from the one presented in last year in November.
