Jordan- Lawzi: Public transport fares to be raised by 10% as of Wednesday
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Feb. 4 (Petra)--Public transport fares will be raised by 10 per cent as of Wednesday, February 7, under a decision taken by Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) Director General Salah Lawzi.
Lawzi said that the increase is based on inflation and the prices of fuel, adding that the decision covers medium and heavy transport buses and all taxis.
