Qatar signs agreement with US to boost cooperation, mutual interests
(MENAFN) Qatari has made a step forward in achieving strengthened partnership and mutual interests in South Carolina through a trip made by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.
City of Doha and Coty of Charleston have signed a declaration of understanding to encourage joint ties in the economic and cultural growth field.
Both cities are targeting, under the agreement, to open the door for opportunities in economic development and trade within private and public sectors.
The agreement also aspires to promote sharing knowledge in health, education, planning, construction and environmental concerns, along with encouraging the discovery of new areas of interest.
