Pakistan- Traders threaten to block GT Road if gas loashedding not end


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR: Traders union on Friday threatened to end gas load-shedding within two days or else they would block Grant Trunk Road for traffic when Nawaz Sharif's visit to Peshawar.

Addressing a press conference here at Peshawar Press Club, traders union president Muhammad Iqbal said that CNG stations were being supplied gas but there was no gas for domestic use.

He said that they were facing losses due to unscheduled loadshedding and asked the government to end it.

Later, they staged a protest outside PPC and chanted slogans gainst Amir Muqam, PML provincial president.
