Israeli warplanes launch strikes on Gaza
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, Feb. 2 (Petra) -- Israeli warplanes early Friday pounded several locations in the northern besieged Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian source.
It said Israeli fighter jets hit several locations, northeast of Beit Lahia town, causing property damage but no casualties were reported.
In July 2014, Israel carried out a deadly onslaught on the strip, claiming the lives of over 2,200 people, overwhelmingly civilians, injuring over 11,100 others and flattening entire neighborhoods and displacing about 475,000 Palestinians.
