Pakistan- Man to award Rs20 million if anyone arrest Asma Rani killers


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) LAKKI MARWAT: A civil society activist Faisal Kamal Meenakhel announced to award Rs20 million if anyone arrest killer of Asma Rani, the third-year medical student.

Asma was killed for refusing a marriage proposal of Mujahid Afridi in Kohat.

Meenakhel made the announcement while addressing protesting students and promised that he would even sell his house to make payment to the person who arrest Mujahid Afridi.

The police also arrest a person who announced bounty on the head of former SSP Rao Anwar who killed Naqibullah Mehsud in Karachi.

The police said that the person was inciting people on extrajudicial murders.

The protesters asked the government to bring back the killer who escaped Saudi Arabia and award him exemplary punishment.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has taken notice and censured KP Police for its inability to arrest killers and declared it incompetent.
