Qatari Commercial Bank to strengthen economic ties with Turkey

(MENAFN) Qatar's Commercial Bank has revealed its plan to strengthen relations with Turkey as it invests further capital.

The country has received a great benefit from Ankara while it engages in a regional diplomatic and commercial conflict with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain.

Qatari lenders also focused on diversity in financing sources since the country was boycotted by those Arab countries.

The Commercial Bank's chief executive Joseph Abraham declared "the very close political and economic relationship between Qatar and Turkey will be beneficial for us."
