Kuwait 2018 budget expects USD66.7 billion spending


(MENAFN) Kuwait has declared its 2018 state budget that estimates spending to settle at 20 billion dinars while revenues projected at 15 billion dinars.

The budget is to be founded on a $50 per barrel of average oil price, the Kuwaiti finance minister announced.

The minister also stated that borrowing and using reserves are to fund the deficit.

It is also said that the deficit which is valued 5 billion dinar is to be before the 10% revenues transfer to Kuwaiti sovereign wealth fund.
