Kabul ambulance bombing: Trump calls for 'decisive action' against Taliban


(MENAFN) After a tragedy struck Kabul, Afghanistan when a bomb concealed in an ambulance detonated killing 95 people, President Trump responded by demanding "decisive action" against the Taliban.

The Taliban has claimed to be responsible for the bombing which ended up with 158 injuries, resulting in what Kabul recorded as the deadliest attack seen in years.

They were also responsible for an attack a week ago on the Intercontinental Hotel, causing 22 fatalities.

The president stated "this murderous attack renews our resolve and that of our Afghan partners. Now, all countries should take decisive action against the Taliban and the terrorist infrastructure that supports them."
