(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- Public Authority for Youth and Sport (PAYS) Director Manager Hmoud Al-Flaiteh affirmed Sunday on the readiness of Jaber International Stadium to host His Highness the Crown Prince Cup next Tuesday.
In a statement to KUNA, Al-Flaiteh expressed hopes that events accompanying the upcoming match between Qadsiya and Kuwait sports clubs will be checked and ready in all aspects to suits such occasion.
Qadsiya Clup was qualified to the final math after defeating Al-Arabi with a 4-2 penalty shootout, while Kuwait won their match against Al-Nasr 1-0.
The first competition for His Highness Crown Prince's Cup was held in 1993-94 sports season and was crowned by Kuwait Sport Club.
Qadsiya is the champion's title holder with eight victories, while Al-Arabi won the cup seven times, Kuwait won it six times, Salmiya twice and finally Kazma only one time. (end) fr.aas.nhq
