Members of the top executive management team attended the workshop, which resulted in discussions on how leadership could be built and promoted throughout the QFB business model. The workshop was conducted by John Mattone, former coach to Steve Jobs and world's top author on corporate culture, and Doha Business Solution Company. The workshop was mainly designed for management staff to help them discover their individual potentials and formulate a framework for leadership and personal success.
