Dubai sets new world record
(MENAFN) A new world record has been given to Dubai in the Guinness World Records with the biggest cup of hot karak chai, (the popular Indian tea), in the world achieved by the Dubai-based Global Village, according to a report by Al Bayan.
The record last year was registered for the city of Shanghai in China, before the city of Dubai pulled off the largest cup of tea in the world record in less than a year.
The preparations for the tea began at 9am where a team of 138 chefs from different hotels and restaurants of Dubai.
