LinkedIn: "diversity is a game changer in MENA"


(MENAFN) Four trends have been exposed by LinkedIn, these trends are shaping recruitment across the Middle East and North Africa, which are expected to impact how to get employed and stay interested in 2018.

The four trends contain diversity, new interviewing tools, data and artificial intelligence, acquired from LinkedIn's "Global Recruiting Trends 2018'.

As 80% of talent acquisition leaders and hiring managers say that variety is the top trend affecting how they hire, diversity has become the biggest game changer, according to the report.

As 58% of hiring managers say that interviewing innovations are "very' or "extremely' important to the future of hiring, the traditional job interview style is a problem.
These changes may include job auditions, soft skills test, virtual reality assessments and meeting in casual settings.
