(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC) recently held an event to honour the contractors and consultants who delivered exceptional performance in completing their projects during year 2016 and 2017.
The individuals and projects have been assessed based on identified evaluation criteria taking into consideration the project completion timeline, milestones, quality of the completed works, implemented changes and speed of delivery.
Commenting on this event, Eng Ali Said al Hadabi, chief executive officer of OETC, said, 'Rewarding good performance is a great motivation to improve performance and ensure adherence to set timelines and aspired quality.
'We are confident that this recognition will enable OETC contractors and consultants not only to maintain such good performance but also seek new ways for continuous improvement. We believe that the constant evaluation and rewarding individuals for their achievements help promote fair competition, leading to enhancement of the rendered services.'
