Apple discovers latest bug: 'text bomb'

Software developer Abraham Masri confirmed that bug usually results in a crash or even a restart in an iPhone.
People were warned that merely sending a message with a link which pointed to the developer's code on programming site GitHub would be sufficient to set off the bug, even without clicking on the link itself.
