Dubai property rents decline slow down in 2017
(MENAFN) Property consultants Cavendish Maxwell released new statistics that showed the decline rate in residential property costs in Dubai to have dropped over the last twelve months.
Cavendish Maxwell found in its 2017 market review that the price of properties including apartments, villas and townhouses to have recorded a 12-month decline on an average of 2%.
However, the report expects rent declines to go on throughout 2018 first quarter, with new handovers expected in freehold and leasehold communities in Dubai.
