Saudi Arabia signs USD165m deal for Jeddah Tower infrastructure
(MENAFN) A deal has been signed at a worth of $165.3 million for the work on infrastructure linked to the Saudi Jeddah Tower and Jeddah Economic City project.
The contract has been signed by Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) CEO Talal Almaiman along with board member of the Jeddah Economic Company, the tower developer.
Jeddah Tower is to take a 5.3 million square metres are that is to comprise of 439 apartments, 200 hotel rooms, 59 elevators and 2,205 parking spaces.
