Quakes hit Saudi Arabia's Madinah

(MENAFN) Madinah was hit by three tremors on Tuesday measuring 0.75 to 0.95 magnitude on the Richter scale, national daily Okaz reported.

The tremors were an after effect of Tuesday's 2.5 magnitude earthquake that hit the city, adding there was no reason for people to panic, according to director general of the National Center for Earthquakes and Volcanoes at the Saudi Geological Survey, Hani Zahran.

No reports of damage from the earthquake were issued, city officials confirmed.
