GCC employers forecast salaries to raise
(MENAFN) Hays global recruiting group's recent report estimates a boost in employees wage across the GCC.
Employers of 68% were confirmed to believe salaries are to be raise, unlike the 39% workers who received pay hikes in 2017, indicating an optimistic economic environment, based on findings by Hays 2018 GCC Salary and Employment Report.
Managing Director of Hays Gulf region Chris Greaves declared "the results are indicative of more prosperous market activity for 2018. We are noticing an uplift in hiring activity across certain sectors, which will have a positive effect on salaries for a number of working professionals."
